Nonstop Fun, Dance Instruction, Field Trips and Performances for Ages 5 - 14
Youth will enjoy an exciting summer of dance instruction with city-wide performances and weekly field trips including Millennium Park, and Navy Pier. Learn techniques in Ballet, Modern, Latin, Hip Hop, and African at one of two convenient camp locations. Experienced professional teaching artists host FMC students for this six-week dance intensive.

Summer Dance Camp Internships
APPLICATIONS OPEN APRIL 1st!!
Forward Momentum Chicago, in partnership with After School Matters, offers a variety of summer internship opportunities. Search the After School Matters program portal for beginning dance, and advanced dance classes. We also offer internships for camp counselors for Summer Dance Camp in Avondale and Englewood.
Camp Counselor Responsibilities Include
Daily administrative duties, arrival and dismissal support, promotion of student safety and engagement, maintenance of environmental health protocols, meal distribution, and warm-up/choreography review.
Registration Opens April 1st
